Chicken Masala - 香草辣雞


1. Chicken (Fresh Chicken is better) to be clean and make it pieces
2. 2 Tablespoons of Masala Powders
3. Ginger in 5 pieces about 1g
4. Heat Oil (Olive Oil is better)
5. One Onion make is pieces
6. A half bowl of Water about 250ml for cook
7. One Round Pumpkin about 500g and cut it pieces
8. Salt & Black Pepper
9. One and Half of bowls of Extra Long Basmati Rice for 4 persons

       Firstly, the cleaned Chicken is added one tablespoon of Masala Powder and salt in 10 minutes. Cooked the rice in cooker. After that the hot pan with heat oil, fry Onion and Ginger. Then added the Pumpkin and the Masala Chicken max up into the hot pan. Also added one tablespoon Masala Powder. After a few minutes, added a half bowl of water about 250ml into the hot pan to cook about 20 minutes. Let all things is mature and golden color. Serve Chicken Masala in hot, and taste it with India Rice.

Notes: I. The Extra Long Basmati Rice is the best India Rice for tasting with Chicken Masala. 1 kg Extra Long Basmati Rice about $40. Cook it with water rate is 1 bowl of rice : 3 bowls of water.
           II. The Masala Power in 100g about $28 per box. The Masala Power is 100% Nature Herb included Coriander, Chilli, Black Pepper, Cumin, Toor Dai, Turmeric, Bengai Gram Dai, Fennel, Salt, Garlic, Bay Leaf, Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves), Ginger, Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon, Compounded Asafoetida & Nutmeg.

香草辣雞

1. 雞 (最好用原隻鮮雞) 把雞切件備用
2. 2 茶匙香草辣粉 (Masala Power)
3. 5 片薑 約 1g
4. 2 茶匙油 (最好橄欖油)
5. 1 個洋葱 切件
6. 半 碗水約 250ml
7. 1 個圓南瓜 約 500g 切件
8. 適量鹽及黑葫
9. 1.5 碗 印度特長米 (Extra Long Basmati Rice) 可供 4人份量

         先把洗好雞件放入鹽及1茶匙香草辣粉醃10分鐘。洗好印度特長米加水放入飯煲煮,米同水比例為 1:3 (即1碗米3碗水)。跟着燒熱平低鍋加入油、薑、洋葱爆香,再加入醃好雞件、南瓜炒混合,接着加入250ml 水煮 20分鐘,直致所有材料煮熟及轉成金黃色。煮好香草辣雞最好熱食及配合印度特長米食用,别有一番風味。

註:I. 印度特長米 (Extra Long Basmati Rice) 是最佳食用配合,煮用時米同水為 1:3,每 1kg 印度特長米為$40。
