Paella < 西班牙炒飯>
1. 8 茶匙 “Carbonell”棷欖油
2. 900 克 雞胸肉
3. 450 克 鴨胸肉
4. 225 克 豌豆
5. 110 克 紅色燈籠椒
6. 2 個 蒜頭/蒜瓣
7. 1/2 茶匙 匈牙利紅椒粉
8. 1.2 L 水
9. 1 小錢 紅花粉
10. 450 克 “Bomba”米
先把棷欖油放入平底鍋. 放適量食鹽及雞胸肉同鴨胸肉. 炒致金黃色. 接著放入豌豆; 紅色燈籠椒; 及切碎 蒜頭 / 蒜瓣. 煮3-5分鍾, 再放入匈牙利紅椒粉; 水;及 紅花粉. 再煮40分鍾直到煮熟.
接著放入“Bomba”米, 邊攪拌再大火煮10分鍾, 再轉小火把米煮成飯約20-25分鍾, 最後待室溫10分鍾先可供給各人食用.

1. 8 tablespoons Carbonell Olive Oil
2. 900g Pieces of Chicken Breast & Thighs
3. 450g Pieces of Duck Breast
4. 225g Peas
5. 110g Red Pepper
6. 2 Garlic Cloves
7. 1/2 tablespoon Mild Paprika
8. 1.2 L Water
9. Pinch of Saffron
10. 450g Rice
Heat the Olive Oil in a pan. Put in a pinch of salt & the pieces of Chicken & Duck. Cook until the meat is a rich golden-brown. Then add the peas, red pepper & finely chopped garlic. Cook for a few minutes more, then stir in the paprika, the water & saffron. Bring to the boil & allow to simmer for 40 minutes until the meat is almost tender.
Add the rice on the Surface. Stir in & cook over a high heat for 10 minutes, then over a low heat until the rice is tender, about 20 to 25 minutes in all for the rice. Remove from the heat, cover loosely & let stand in a warm place for 10 minutes before serving.
